  • You should be adept at working within brand guidelines to produce fresh, creative solutions
  • Create and design on-brand solutions for clients/projects that are in line with overall digital marketing strategy including paid media campaigns, email marketing, eCommerce assets, social media marketing, and other digital brand collateral
  • Ability to conceptualize client/project goals and execute strategy from conception to finalized deliverables
  • Effective relationship-building and communication skills in order to liaise and collaborate with clients and cross functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must have a compelling portfolio that demonstrates ability to create great work and showing craftsmanship, consistency, sophisticated sense of typography, and high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in design production for clients/projects and strategize ways to continually improve marketing strategy from the design perspective
  • Project and time management skills in order to effectively prioritize and produce deliverables per agreed upon deadlines without compromising quality of work
